早稲田大学国際学生友好会（WIC）のホームページをご覧いただきありがとうございます
2025年度、WIC第70代幹事長を務めます、文化構想学部3年の常盤心です。
早稲田大学には多くの国際交流サークルがありますが、WICはその中でも、日本人会員と留学生が自然に交流できる環境と、1年間を通して行われる幅広いイベントが魅力のサークルです。日本語教室や季節ごとの企画、旅行など、さまざまな活動を通して、ここでしかできない経験や思い出を作ることができます。
英語が得意でなくても大丈夫です。とにかく留学生と話してみたい、大学で友達を作りたい、思い出にあふれる4年間を過ごしたい、そんなあなたにぴったりの場所です。

Thank you for visiting the website of the Waseda International Club (WIC).
My name is Kokoro Tokiwa, a third-year student in the School of Culture, Media and Society, and I am honored to serve as the 70th President of WIC for the 2025.
Waseda has many international exchange clubs, but one of WIC’s greatest strengths is the environment where Japanese students and international students can naturally connect with each other. Throughout the year, we organize a wide variety of events such as Japanese language classes, seasonal activities, and trips, giving members many opportunities to create unforgettable experiences and memories together.
You don’t have to be fluent in English (or Japanese!)to join us. If you simply want to talk with international (or JAPANESE) students, make new friends at university, or spend four unforgettable years filled with great memories, WIC may be the perfect place for you.
Our goal is to make WIC the most welcoming and comfortable international club at Waseda. If you are even a little interested, please feel free to join our events or visit us.

新入生の皆さん、ご入学おめでとうございます！！
70代副幹事長を務めます、国際教養学部3年の田邉柊と申します。
WICは、留学生と日本人学生が気軽に交流できて友達になれる、とてもアットホームで温かい国際交流サークルです。イベントの際には、会員同士で真剣に話し合いながら企画を進め、当日は思いっきり楽しむという、メリハリのある活動を大切にしています。
活動を通して、多様な価値観に触れられ、自然と仲が深まっていく環境が広がっています。初めての大学生活で不安を抱える方もいるかもしれませんが、WICはきっと安心して居られる居場所になるはずです。
少しでも国際交流に興味がある方、大学生活を一緒に楽しむ仲間を作りたい方にぴったりなサークルです。ぜひ一度、新歓に足を運んでみてください！

My name is Shu Tanabe, a third-year student at the School of International Liberal Studies, and I serve as the 70th vice president of WIC.
WIC is a warm and welcoming club where Japanese and international students can easily connect and make friends. When preparing for events, members discuss ideas seriously, while on the day of the event, everyone enjoys the activities to the fullest-creating a great balance between dedication and fun.
Through our activities, members are exposed to diverse perspectives and naturally build close friendships. Some of you may feel uncertain or anxious as you begin your university life, but WIC will surely become a comfortable and supportive place where you can truly feel at ease.
If you're interested in international exchange or want to make friends to enjoy university life with, WIC is the perfect club for you.

【会計挨拶】
新入生の皆さん、ご入学おめでとうございます！
2026年度WIC第70代会計を務めさせていただきます、基幹理工学部3年の藤倉唯と申します。
大学に入ると、これまでよりもずっと自由に自分の時間や挑戦することを選べるようになります。何か新しいことを始めてみたいと思っている方も多いのではないでしょうか。WICは、そんな「新しいことに挑戦してみたい」という気持ちをきっかけに、さまざまな人と出会い、世界を広げていける場所です。
WICには、日本人学生だけでなく、留学生や海外経験のある学生など、さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ仲間が集まっています。学部や学年、国籍、興味のある分野もそれぞれ違うからこそ、普段の大学生活ではなかなか出会えないような人たちと交流できるのが大きな魅力です。そうした多様なメンバーと関わる中で、新しい価値観や考え方に触れ、自分の世界が広がっていくのを感じられると思います。
また、特別な語学力や経験がなくても大丈夫です。「少し国際交流に興味がある」「いろいろな人と話してみたい」という気持ちがあれば、誰でも楽しめる環境です。
大学生活の4年間は、長いようであっという間です。その中でWICが、皆さんにとって多様な人と出会い、新しい視点や思い出が生まれる場所になれば嬉しく思います。少しでも興味を持っていただけたら、ぜひイベントに気軽に参加してみてください。皆さんにお会いできるのを楽しみにしています！

My name is Yui Fujikura, a third-year student in the School of Fundamental Science and Engineering, and I will be serving as the treasurer for the 70th generation of WIC for the 2026 academic year.
When you enter university, you gain much more freedom to decide how to spend your time and what challenges you want to take on. Many of you may be thinking about trying something new. WIC is a place where you can meet a wide variety of people and broaden your horizons through that desire to explore new things.
At WIC, you will meet members from many different backgrounds, including Japanese students, international students, and those who have lived or studied abroad. Because everyone comes from different faculties, cultures, and interests, one of the greatest attractions of WIC is the opportunity to connect with people you might not normally meet in everyday university life. Through these interactions, you will be able to encounter new perspectives and expand the way you see the world.
You don’t need any special language skills or prior experience to join. As long as you have even a small interest in international exchange or simply enjoy meeting new people, you will feel welcome here.
University life passes faster than you might expect. We hope that WIC will become a place where you can meet diverse people, gain new perspectives, and create unforgettable memories. If you are interested, please feel free to join one of our events. We are looking forward to meeting all of you!
